our approach

We always discuss the assignment with you, provide a quote and agree terms before starting work. Unless the brief changes significantly, what we quote is what you pay. If the brief does change significantly we will immediately re-quote before proceeding any further – that way we ensure there will be no surprises when you receive the bill.

Quite often we are asked “how much for a brochure?” – which is a bit like “how long is a piece of string”! Whilst we can give a very ballpark figure from some limited information and before a full brief, we are not able to finalise the price until we have had an in-depth conversation with you, preferably face to face.

If printing is involved, we will find the most competitive price from a suitable printer, making sure the final item is up to the required standard. However we are just as happy for you to source your own print and will supply you with artwork only if you would prefer.

If web solutions are involved, we listen to your requirements and source the appropriate package for you. Your question might be “I need a website” in which case we can either provide you with a simple html site, styled using a css (cascading style sheet) and a cost effective host or the same with your existing host. Alternatively your question might be “I have a website, but I need more functionality” again we would provide you with appropriate package to suit your requirements, just let us do all the hard work for you.
