...was an account manager with a Cheltenham agency for 10 years, looking after such clients as Kraft Foods, Terry's Suchard, Wolverhampton and Dudley Brewery. She started Square One in June 2001. Rachael's mission in life is to listen - to Square One's clients. Her experience in the graphic design industry and her organisational skills enable her to interpret a client's brief quickly and accurately in discussion with her colleagues, to advise on the best design solution and the best use of the available budget.

Elliott Richmond
the short-haired one...
... is a graphics specialist with considerable skills in digital imaging and artworking. He has worked on many household-name brands, including Kenco, Carte Noir, Dairylea, Maxwell House, Toblerone, Terry's Chocolate Orange, Weird Fish and Triumph International (lingerie). Elliott turned freelance in 2001 and joined Rachael at Square One in 2004.
Elliott is well used to working under pressure to meet the demands of clients with fast-moving marketing agendas. He has particular skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Flash and Dreamweaver and makes it his business to keep Square One ahead of the game in media technology.

Philip Willoughby
the grey-haired one...
...has more than 35 years' experience in the graphic design industry. After a career working with agencies in Cheltenham he set up his own agency, Typographics Ltd. He too has worked with many big-name clients, including Dowty, Smith's Industries, Linotype Paul, the Welsh Development Agency and the Welsh Tourist Board.
Philip is the freelance member of the Square One team.
